The staff of the guesthouse, especially Limo, Sophea, Kanan and Sopenet...they are so friendly and helpful, many thanks to them.

the air-con is rather weak, as the temperature in Pnom Penh is rather hot.

One of the Front desk employees was Very polite. The room was huge.

No towels. dirty floor. No wifi. someone tried to get into Info room during the night.

Good price, good restauraunts nearby, booked our bus tickets for us. One female staff member spoke phenomenal English.

It was a bit hard to find but looking for what the outside of the building looks like made it easy.

To be honest, I dont think there anything good about this hotel.

Some of the staff do not speak English. The room looks really dark and dirty. A triple room cost us 20 bucks per night. I wouldn't consider it as a reasonable price based on the condition. We also stayed in a hotel in Siem reap only cost 21 bucks per night, the service and condition is a lot better than this one!

The price is good and the location as well

Typical asian low star hotel: nobody could speak English, the best room had windows (!) to the very busy street so that there was not any sleep, for the Fan we had to ask, it is not a hotel where the staff takes care for its hotel:so outside of the room it is dirty. The whole hotel needs a renovation. If you need a good price: ok, if not: go somewhere else.
